Eligibility Rules:

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. Must be an engaged couple with a wedding date set in the calendar year 2026.

  3. Must have a wedding venue already booked and located in the Orange County, California area.

  4. Must not have already booked a DJ for the wedding. If discovered, the entry will be voided and the prize will be awarded to another qualified entrant.

  5. Limit one entry per couple. Duplicate entries will be removed.

  6. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Excellence DJs are not eligible to enter.

Entry Rules:

  1. To enter, participants must complete the official entry form on the Excellence DJs giveaway landing page with the following information: first name, wedding date, email, phone number, and venue name.

  2. Participants must confirm their entry by replying "WIN" to the automated SMS sent to the phone number provided. Entries that are not confirmed via SMS will not be counted.

  3. Bonus entries may be earned by: following @ExcellenceDJs on Instagram, sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram Story, and tagging 2 engaged friends in the giveaway post. Bonus entries increase the chances of winning but are not required.

  4. All entries must be received by March 22, 2026at 11:59 PM PST (the "Entry Deadline"). No entries will be accepted after this time.

Winner Selection Rules:

  1. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible, confirmed entries.

  2. The winner selection will be conducted live on Instagram Live on March 16, 2026 using a verified third-party online raffle platform for full transparency.

  3. All eligible entries will be imported into the raffle platform and the winner will be drawn at random on camera.

  4. Presence on the Instagram Live is not required to win.

Prize Claim Rules:

  1. The winner will be notified via phone call and text message using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

  2. The winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, the winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be selected at random.

  3. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. It is tied to the wedding date and Orange County venue submitted at the time of entry.

  4. If the winner's wedding date or venue changes after winning, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

  5. The Grand Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Promotional Offer Rules (Non-Winners):

  1. All non-winning entrants will receive a $200 promotional discount applicable to any Excellence DJs package.

  2. The $200 promotional discount must be redeemed within 14 days of the winner announcement.

  3. The promotional discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

  4. The promotional discount has no cash value and is non-transferable.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

7. Taxes:

The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Excellence DJs will not be responsible for any tax obligations of the winner.
